At The Hair Muse Diary, each product is handcrafted in small batches with intention, care, and high-quality natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our process and products, we maintain the following return policy.

All Sales Are Final

All haircare products are final sale.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or tampered products.

This policy applies to:

  • Promotional or discounted items

Handcrafted + Small-Batch Disclaimer

Our products are made by hand. Natural ingredients may vary slightly in color, texture, or scent from batch to batch. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.

Fragrance & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products may contain natural essential oils or botanical extracts for aroma and performance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at www.support@thehairmusediary.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Bundles & Ritual Systems

Bundles and ritual systems are sold as complete experiences.
We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges for individual items within a bundle.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
